Kalk Bay pier

I certainly do not know what it is about Kalk Bay, but black & white just works for me. The reason I was on the pier was that I had heard people had seen some whales – no alas not me. I will keep on trying though as you all need to see this, itContinue Reading

Hout Bay from a distance

I took this picture from Kommetjie, the blues, sea and clouds make for me anyway a perfect picture. I followed the 1/3 rule of photography to the sky is very predominant. Just waiting for the next cold front to arrive and the rain to fall. Bye byeContinue Reading

Kalk Bay Sunrise

The family and I where up very early, took a few pictures before the sun was up and we where about to leave when the sun did peak it’s head over the mountain – and this the results. I was lucky enough to catch a seagull in flight and the fishermen in action – IContinue Reading

Camps Bay beach

What a beautiful day, a quiet day on the beach with loved ones and sun lotion. The water (Atlantic Ocean) was of course way to cold to dip our toes in, that is life is it not  – nothing is perfect. Camps Bay is one of the most popular beaches in South Africa, never mindContinue Reading
