This historic home that is over 100 years old is located in an area that is known as “millionaires mile”, for the obvious reasons that each and every single one of these properties offers fast and expensive views over the whole of the false Bay area and on a good day one can see as far as Hermanus.
During Cape Town’s winter months this area is a prime location for Whale watching as these mighty beasts migrate here every year to calf (to deliver the baby whales).
