The strangest tree – ever

In the Tokai (constantia) area of Cape Town there is a tree in a forest that is strange. The main trunk is +- 1.5m high, from this point it branches into 4 individual trunks, and I am standing  on the main short trunk looking up at the four trunks.

This reminds me of a Georgia O’Keeffe painting, “The Lawrence Tree”. You captured this unusual tree very well. The blue sky really sets it off.

Yet again I am drawn to your image through the portal. What can I say, other than, it’s a wonderful image, curious angle, and why aren’t more people coming here?

The trees look like arms, trying to catch the clouds :)
